Introduction
Sub adapter includes pin-pin adapter ,pin-box adapter and box-box adapter.
API standard adapters /coupling are used for rock breaking anchoring drilling ,and geological water well drilling operations. They are used for the conversion and connection of drill string components. They are one of the main tools for connecting upper and Iower drilling tools.
We can provide various from of couplings /adapters, Usually we use 35CrMo, 42CrMo and 40CrMo as the material of couplings/adapters. After rough processing, it is quenched and tempered heat treatment. After fine processing, we make the surface nitriding treatment. These process can effectively eliminate the failure rate of thread adhesion, thread broken and dilatation. It is more wear-resistant and easy to disassemble. All of equipment are adapted precision imported CNC lathes to do customized thread processing. It can not only ensure the standoff of the thread, but also ensure the precision.
